Kelly Meyers

Graduating in 1999 from the 

New York College of Health Professions. Kelly now holds a National Massage license, Florida and New York license.  

Holding  4 different certifications through the ISSA for fitness, Kelly also has 2 for nutrition. In addition she has completed a Crossfit level 1 certification and a CrossPit certification.

Completed a 200 hour certification in Pure Flow Yoga under the guidance of Eleanor Cohen. She is currently enrolled in a 300 hour program at Lotus Pond Yoga.
