The Challenge was born out of 2 sisters living far apart. We developed a way to keep each other accountable, motivated and in touch every day. With time, more and more people have joined and made strides to a healthier life while laughing and connecting with new friends.
The Challenge Series:
6 Challenges a year, 8 weeks long with a 1 week break in between.
1) Earn credits by completing activities.
2) Consume at least 64 ounces of water per day, everyday.
3) Complete the bonus challenge move of the week. Bonus challenges will be posted with a video explanation every Sunday in our Telegram group.
